2010 Partial Scholarship Rules
Unfortunately
because the current world economic crisis, the former supporters of the
jcmelo Institute canceled all the
totally free MBA courses in this 2010 year.
However, in this period as an alternative it is possible to apply
for a partial scholarship from our academic supporter
AbetInternational,
for only US$
220.00 in only one payment (instead of the standard cost of US$ 590.00),
and this
including the final examination,
the Diploma and the Transcript with a Public Notary seal.
To
apply, first see in the link "Frequently Asked Questions", the
details of that partial scholarship, and later fill the Form which is in the
Enrollment
link and send to us.
MBA programs in 35 languages!
Any one of our courses or MBA programs, are taught in up
to 35 languages! In each lesson you will receive two versions, the
original in English and another language of your choice, as your
native language (among our 35 languages options). For details, see
the link How It Work.
And that is very good for you, because in
the Business and IT fields the English is imperative, and you can
compare paragraph by paragraph in the two languages. To compare, you
will see both paragraphs at the same time. As an example, in the
Google Translate link (in the right column) please go to your native
language, and mouse over text or paragraph to view both languages at
the same time.
Available Languages
All courses are in English,
plus the same lessons in one of the following

Brief Notes on Business Administration & e-Company
Dr. S. Maurer, MBA Professor
You might want to create an ideal schëdule and a real schedule that you constantly update as the project progresses. Updating the schedule is your responsibility as a project leader; don't expect your team to do it.
Now, more managers are recognizing the various parts of the organization, and, in particular, the interrelations of the parts, e.g., the coordination of central offices with other departments, engineering with manufacturing, supervisors with workers, etc.
The Gantt chart is the most commonly used chart in project management. it shows all the relationships between tasks, when tasks are expected to start, who's assigned to a task, when the task is scheduled to end, etc. Because of this, this chart can very quickly become large and unreadable.
We won't dwell on the obvious: the rise in competitive pressures worldwide. But we're seeing the consequences of this in the continued campaign to cut costs and a shift in emphasis from revenue growth to profitable growth.
The 21st century will be the century of the electronic communication. Customers are arranged to buy products and services whenever and where wants them to want - 24 hours a day, in all World. They improve the forms of serving the customers' needs, the business are more and more on-line. it is very probable that a enterprise that doesn't adapt to this new atmosphere, be thrown away of the market.
Whenever you be placed before an objective or task, before a challenge, etc., close the eyes and try to identify the 6 closed-loop elements correctly. That doesn't mean that you will control the Process, we wants to say that you identified correctly which are the involved elements. That is indispensable, a person with a UMBA is essentially a superior control element, who hired him has that expectation.
Remembering that … The supply chain is the business, as well as The Last Great Differentiator, and provides A Foundation for customer relationship management as a Key Source of Competitive Advantage leaves no doubt as to its' core organizational importance.
A project management Rule: Take care of your project team. We’ve come to accept that the customer comes first…the customer is always right. We can’t take care of the customer if we first aren’t taking care of our project team. It’s a challenge. While there are some things we can do for the whole team, it comes down to taking care of each team member as the individual that he or she is. And to make it more difficult, then we must bring their various interests into coherence.
There are three variables in any project management: the objectives, the schedule, and the resources [mainly staff time]. These are all linked together; you cannot change one without reviewing the impact on the others.
A self-organizing system requires a strong current goal or purpose. it requires continual feedback with its surrounding environment. it requires continual reference to a common set of values and dialoguing around these values.
You have to think deeply in that basement of a UMBA, without her any control system [human or the extraordinaries electronic erp and crm that we will see further on] they won't generate the wanted value! That records flaw it is caused as, for example, to install expensive and complex erp and crm in the administration of a enterprise, to know even what they do, but not its conceptual basement.
workflow also defines the sequence and conditions based upon which work flows.
In general, SaaS can be deployed at a much smaller initial cost, which can be attractive to smaller businesses. However, the ongoing annual payment can be higher for SaaS becuause you're paying to use the software. Much like leasing vs. buying a car, that payment never goes away as long as you're using the software and can become costly as you grow and add employees to the system.
A problem is that [crm] means different things to different people. For some, [crm] means direct e-mails. For others, it is mass customization or developing products that fit individual customer's needs. For it consultants, [crm] translates into complicated technical jargon related to terms like OLAP [on-line analytical processing] and CICs [customer interaction centers].
Where does technology fit? it ís a tool, nothing more. it ís the means, not the end. Properly focused and implemented, [crm] software applications support more effective marketing, sales, and customer care processes, enabling a customer experience that builds loyalty and long-term profitability.

MBA
of Business Administration & e-Company
Very modern and imperative matters are
covered in our Next-Generation MBA of Business Administration & e-Company.
The old and standard Business Administration concepts included in any current
MBA program are very important, but today the companies are very different.
This new situation strongly demands a MBA program including the General
Control Theory, the control engineering, the new business technologies, the
Management by Exception concept automated by computer systems, the Feedback
Control System, etc.
Our Next-Generation MBA of Business Administration & e-Company cannot
be compared with a traditional MBA Master. He also teaches the traditional basic
principles of a MBA Master, but in a much more concentrated. But if we refer
about a more modern business administration, our course is better because he
teaches matters like CIO, CRM, ERP, VOIP, SCM, Call Centers, TeleCommuter,
Geo-Spatial, etc., that nows are the most demanded subjects by the companies.
Because
of that, our Next-Generation MBA of Business Administration & e-Company is
also used as a complementation for any traditional MBA Master, that usually does
not include those contents.
This
point is very important. Because we have a strong technologic background AND the
today's different nature of the business, our MBA
program covers the major business disciplines from an information technology perspective,
and considers the business and technology issues facing today’s companies.
The
business is more and more the technology, and vice-versa.
The companies are more and more electronics, as for examples the ERP Enterprise
Resources Planning, the CRM Customer Relationship Management, the Voice over IP
VoIP, the sophisticated Call Centers, etc. Therefore, a modern Business
Administrator must establish these new ways to do the business and how
to manage these modern enterprises.
Our MBA program is one of few of the World including the very modern
matters concerning the new ways to do the business.
